engagement begins with a peer to peer dialog between a customer CxO and an
InfoScreen Principal Consultant. This foundation defines information security
goals as they relate to broader business goals; from regulatory pressures and
commercial imperatives to productivity considerations and budget constraints.
Building on a foundation of security grounded in business reality,
a comprehensive engagement moves into our established three phase methodology
of Assessment, Implementation, and Compliance. This methodology assures that
information security best practices are applied in a sustainable manner across client organizations
in balance with current systems and productivity requirements.
Comprehensive engagements are completed in cooperation with an
internal client Security Taskforce. This internal taskforce defines operational
goals and measurements and drives implementation of new policies and procedures.
Throughout the engagement Infoscreen works to transfer knowledge and ownership
of security issues to client teams. This assures that security changes are
quickly adopted and remain supported long after the Infoscreen engagement.
